The Harder Days...
Today was hard at points, but I took someone’s advice and I went online to my favorite stores and browsed things that I thought I want to wear as soon as I’m down to my goal weight. I love Abercrombie, so i was shopping their jeans. Oh and of course Victoria’s Secret. I have a giftcard for that store that’s burning a hole in my pocket.

Bachelorette Party...
Yesterday was definitely my downfall. But the positive side of it was I didn’t weigh myself this morning and I’m right back on track today. Tomorrow!
I came home from worked today and I still weighed 134.1! Normally I go up about 1 lb. during the day. Sometimes even 2 lbs, but I always go lower in the morning. Woo Hoo!!
I am so proud of myself! I really have had a great day. I’ve eaten everything that I should and even had egg whites for the first time in my life tonight! Feeling great!! About to go to bed and can’t wait to weight myself tomorrow morning at the beginning of DAY EIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!! ***Fingers Crossed***

The End of Day 3...
Today is the end of day 3! So far I’ve lost a total of 1 lb (.8 lbs after the first 24 hours and .2 lbs. after another 24 hours). I’ll be weighing myself again as soon as I wake up tomorrow morning. I didn't feel like doing it tonight...
BUT I DID! I did day 2 of Insanity and started at midnight. I was exhausted and the last thing I wanted to do was work my ass off. But I got up and pressed play knowing I’d thank myself in the morning. I also figured I could sweat off a little of my sodium intake from today. Thinking good thoughts… Goodnight everyone! Salt While on the Dukan Diet
Was just doing a little research on salt, and thought I’d share. Salt is the enemy apparently. I read in the book, “Never forget that 1 quart of water weight about 2 lbs, and 2 teaspoons of salt are enough to retain this water in your body’s tissues for a day or 2.” I ate 1/2 teaspoon of salt today total (3.5 grams).
