MY FRIDAY WORKOUT!!! WOOOOOOOOOO! WOOO! Feeling like a beast. hahahahaha! I HATE PLANKING! I can’t do two minutes straight yet!!! But hopefully with just a little push I ‘d be able too, I cut 2minutes in half.. so I did a minute only then another minute! =)) It’s freaking harder than you think!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh! I’m trembling, aaaaaah. BRB, gonna take a shower

This is an intense workout. I can’t do 2 minute planks yet either, but I WILL!!!
