I REALLYYYYYYY didn’t want to run tonight. I was definitely going to take the yoga class. Then I did research on yoga vs. running and knew in my heart that I would burn more calories while running instead of doing yoga. I bought the 1 month of unlimited yoga, but I think I’ll use that for after the competition and give it my all with running again tomorrow and Thursday (even though I’ve had it with running!). 2 more days of exercising!!! When I came home from my run, I had egg whites with 99% fat free ground turkey and sprinkled some Mrs. Dash on it. Not too bad!! I have more for tomorrow that I’ll be bringing with me to work, so I won’t get so hungry there. Today for lunch I had half of a rotisserie chicken that I took the skin off of and blotted because it was really greasy. We’ll see how the scale looks tomorrow! Tomorrow morning is progress pics day!
