I wasn’t able to do my normal run as hard as I normally have. I started out sluggish and it was really hard to get going hard. I did go around the fields twice at the park because I knew that if I did, I would at least hit 3 miles and I didn’t want to go under that. We’ll see where I am tomorrow on the scale!
My food for today included 2 regular eggs, scrambled before I ran and I had 2 of Trader Joe’s chili lime chicken burgers (patties only!!!) for dinner with a couple of carrots. Those burgers are amazing, I highly suggest picking some up! They come with 4 in a box for $3.49 in the freezer section. Here are the nutrition facts:

It’s still frustrating seeing this stagnation on the scale once again this morning. I am so drained from my dad being in the hospital, but I worked out Friday night and this morning. I ran over 3 miles both times, so I know the scale will eventually drop. I don’t know if it’s water weight or not, but I know that as always…if you stay consistent, it’ll happen. Sooner than later would be nice though ;)
Today’s Weight: 122.2 lbs.
Total Lost: 15.4 lbs.
Still not sure why I’m losing weight slowly right now. I even ran longer last night than I ever have. I’m going to step it up and really work hard this weekend. I want to see 120! I know it might just have to do with water weight, yesterday I felt really bloated. Plus, whenever I felt like this before, I just kept pushing myself and I’ve found that as long as you’re consistent and patient (which I have a hard time with…), I’ll see results.
Today’s Weight: 122.3 lbs.
Total Lost: 15.3 lbs.
Not much weight loss in the past couple of days, but I haven’t cheated once. I ran, but not as far as I am used to going. I need to run tomorrow morning before I get my hair done (because we all know that we don’t want to get sweaty right after your hair is done haha). I need to step it up because I’m still in the lead for my work’s competition (11% loss now!), but there are 2 people that are at 8%, so I can’t let them catch up to me. I need to keep a wide enough gap in there just to secure the win. I think I’ll be good, but I need to step it up. :)
Shrinking more and more! 2 more weeks until this competition is over, but then I’ll be setting mini goals for myself. There’s no way I’m going back to the old me.
