2 Full Weeks Today!!
There isn’t too much of a difference from last week because of the water retention this week, but I’m excited see next week’s pics! I great and I haven’t cheated once. That’s huge for me.
Today’s Weight: 130.7 lbs.
Total Lost: 6.9 lbs.
The water weight is going down!!! I was 132.8 lbs because of it yesterday, so I dropped 2.1 lbs of it so far. I hope it’s completely gone by Friday’s weigh in. If not, it’s ok…there’s always next Friday.
My speed is up and I’m gone from a 11.7 min./mile to a 10 min./mile! This is going off of last Saturday’s run. I went farther and in the same time! I feel great and I’m so excited to see the 120’s on the scale again!!

I ate well yesterday! I made a delicious chicken dinner in the crockpot my mixing a jar of salsa with taco seasoning and letting it cook all day. I had eggs for lunch and beef jerky for breakfast/snack. I did a little circuit training and weight training with my 5 lb. weights throughout the day. My snack at night was sugar free popsicles. Try the Tropical flavors! Oh man!! They’re amazing.
So far my weaknesses have been Cheez-Its. They are taunting me down there in the cabinet. I’ve had a small handful here and there, but that’s the only way I’ve cheated this far.
It’s been 1 week today that I’ve been on this diet again and I’ve already lost 5.3 lbs! Looking forward to the weight in at work on Friday!

I’m still eating well and exercising, but I gained another .4 lbs. yesterday. I think it was due to the burrito bowl from Chipotle. I won’t be eating there again until after I hit my goal weight. I feel great though, a lot of energy and I’m really happy. I feel good about myself.
