Look who came in 1st place in the secret weigh in this morning! I was actually lower than what I weighed in this morning at home! And I had clothes on! Awesome! I’ll take it! haha I’m 0.1 lb away from meeting the 7% qualification. I’m excited for Friday. Definitely just motivated me to work out hard tonight. Ahh, 1st place over everyone else feels AMAZING!!!!!
Today’s Weight: 128.2 lbs.
Total Lost: 9.4 lbs.
It’s only Tuesday and here I am almost back at 127 again (I was there on Saturday morning and that has still been the lowest I have seen on the scale in 2 years). So I’m hoping by Friday’s weigh in, I get there again. It’s hard with wearing clothes. I think for the last weigh in, I’ll get down to my underwear and a sports bra because I want to weigh the LEAST possible. They might have another surprise weigh in this morning, so I wore a light sundress to work today. haha
Today’s Weight: 128.8 lbs.
Total Lost: 8.8 lbs.
I had broccoli last night with chicken and egg whites when I woke up around lunch time…I’d guess the weight gain is only from the water retention in the broccoli. I’m not mad at all. I’m excited that my “gain” day is still in the 120’s! I’m about to go for a run now :)
This is so true. I sometimes hate the thought of doing it, but once I get out the door, I start going. I didn’t think I was going to run very far the other day, but I just started going in the direction I usually go in and I ended up running 3 miles in 27 minutes! This is seriously some of the best advice. Just try not to think about it…just do it. You’ll thank yourself and be in a great mood.
Today’s Weight: 129.8 lbs.
Total Lost: 7.8 lbs.
120’S!!!!!!!! I FOUND YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I’m never losing you again!
Today’s Weight: 130.7 lbs.
Total Lost: 6.9 lbs.
The water weight is going down!!! I was 132.8 lbs because of it yesterday, so I dropped 2.1 lbs of it so far. I hope it’s completely gone by Friday’s weigh in. If not, it’s ok…there’s always next Friday.
Today’s Weight: 132.1 lbs.
Total Lost: 5.5 lbs.
Hormones = Water Weight….that’s all I have to say. I ate perfectly yesterday and know that I did everything I could to get to my goal. The 120’s are seriously taunting me, but I want it and I’m going to get it!
Thank you to everyone that sent me a comment, liked, or reblogged my progress pics today. It’s amazing being someone that people actually want help from because that was me 1 week ago and that’s STILL me today! Losing weight is SO hard! You need the motivation as #1 or else you’ll lose track right away. I’m lucky enough to have my work doing this weight loss challenge with a grand prize at the end of it. My high school reunion 2 weeks ago wasn’t even enough motivation for me and you would think that would be your #1 motivation! It’s hard, but I’m here if anyone has any questions.
The way I lost my weight so quickly was thanks to the Dukan Diet. It’s the same diet that Kate Middleton got on before the Royal Wedding and since I’m obsessed with her, I started looking into it and got inspired. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I stayed true to my diet and had a BBQ steak and an almost fat free chicken patty from Trader Joes! I had egg whites with left over chicken from last night as well. I’m glad I was able to hang in there on a holiday where everyone was having an ice cold beer next to me (my weakness!).
P.S. I’ll be posting a progress pic every Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. I’ve scheduled myself to take progress pics on one of those days every week to help myself see what a difference a week makes. To be honest with you, it’s felt like I haven’t lost much at all, but to see those progress pics was a huge motivation. Without those today, I might’ve slipped and had a beer or two with friends.
